Baekma to play anniversary show for Hollaback Korea

Dec. 16, 2014 - 21:19 By Korea Herald
As the year of the horse comes to a close, expat band Baekma is celebrating its first anniversary show on Saturday, in conjunction with Hollaback Korea.

Maggie Crosset, So Long Buffalo, Colin Phils and Baekma will play at the show, and there will be a sale of “feministmas cookies” and other baked goods.

Takings from admissions and sales will go to help fund activities by the Korean operation of Hollaback, which campaigns against sexual harassment that takes place in public places.

The show begins at 9 p.m. at Thunderhorse Tavern near Noksapyeong Station.

Admission is 5,000 won at the door.
