Santas to converge on Sinchon, Hongdae

Dec. 2, 2014 - 21:39 By Korea Herald
A horde of Santas is set to congregate in Seoul for an unusual gathering.

Those rich in festive spirit are invited to gather in Sinchon to sing carols, be merry and ponder the collective noun for a group of Santas.

The men and women in red will converge on Beer O’Clock at 6 p.m., before heading to Sinchon Station at 8 p.m. to surprise passengers with some Christmas cheer. After a short ride to Hongdae, the night will continue, ending in Hongdae Park.

To get to Beer O’Clock, leave Sinchon Station Exit 2 and take the first left after the intersection. Take the third right, opposite Old Pop, and the bar is on the second floor on the right.
