A group of celebrities participating in the reality program “Real Men: Female Soldiers” revealed their height and weight.
On Sunday, a “Real Men: Female Soldiers” episode showed actress Kim So-yeon, Girl’s Day’s Hye-ri, and other female guests entering a military boot camp in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, to experience Army life.
All the guests had to go through a physical examination as they entered the camp.
“I am much lighter than that. The mike was really heavy, so could you minus 1 or 2 kg from it?” Hye-ri asked after the examination. Hye-ri was 166 cm and 51 kg.
“I should’ve worn short pants. That vest even had leather on it. I was so embarrassed,” said actress Kim So-yeon. She was 165 cm and 51.5 kg.
But despite their protestations, the two stars would have been classed as underweight if they had weighed any less.
“Real Men” is a part of the Sunday Night programming block on MBC. According to research by A.C. Nielsen Company, the “Real Men: Female Soldiers” episode recorded the highest viewership ratings of 17.1 percent so far this year.
