Aug. 11, 2014 - 20:57 By Korea Herald
Boy group 2PM is set to release a new album and launch a worldwide concert tour this fall.

The six-member boy band will release its fourth studio album in Korea and an EP in Japan simultaneously in September. Aside from the title song, each album will include different tracks.

The upcoming album is especially garnering attention as its lead single was written and composed by 2PM member Jun.K, marking first time the group has showcased a song written by a member.

“2PM is getting very excited about its comeback in September. The members are working hard to wrap up their work on the album,” said JYP Entertainment in a press release.

In celebration of the new album, 2PM will also embark on a worldwide concert tour titled “2PM World Tour,” kicking off with two shows in Seoul on Oct. 3 and 4. The group will then perform in major cities across Asia, including in Thailand, China and Indonesia, as well as the United States.

2PM is scheduled to showcase many of its past hit singles, tracks from its new album and songs written by the members themselves during the concert tour.
