A key suspect in the murder of two men was arrested on Friday, three days after their bodies were found in a house in this city north of Seoul, local police said.

The suspect, identified only as a 50-year-old woman surnamed Lee, was caught in the dormitory of a factory in Pocheon, 46 kilometers north of Seoul, earlier in the day, they said.

She admitted to killing the two and said they were her husband and a lover, police officers said, adding that they were investigating the woman over why and how she killed them and if there were any accomplices.

On Wednesday, the two bodies were found inside a rubber container in the house. Also found was her malnourished 8-year-old son. Lee, who had lived in the house together with the family, disappeared the following day.

Believing her to be a prime suspect, police had been tracking the woman since then.

Earlier, state forensic experts confirmed one of the corpses as that of Lee's 51-year-old husband, identified only as Park. They ailed to identify the other body as it was badly decayed. (Yonhap)
