Camarata to stage ‘Alice in Wonderland’

June 3, 2014 - 21:09 By Korea Herald
The Camarata Music Company will be performing a musical version of Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” this month.

Directed by Susan Morgan, who also directed last year’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” musical, and produced by CMC director Ryan Goessl, the show is designed to be accessible to all ages and will be an hour long.

The performances will be at Haechi Hall in Seoul Center for Culture and Tourism on the fifth floor of M-Plaza in Myeong-dong.

The show will run at 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on June 14-15. Tickets are 15,000 won in advance and 25,000 won at the door. Bookings can be made via tickets@camaratamusic.com.

Camarata Music Company is a nonprofit organization that provides collaborative performance opportunities to expat and Korean musicians in Korea.

A portion of concert proceeds supports CMC’s local outreach, which provides concerts and musical interactions at hospitals, churches, orphanages and centers for the disabled in the Seoul area.
