In the sixth episode, aired on Tuesday, cold-hearted elite doctor Han Jae-joon (played by Park) accidently eavesdrops on his girlfriend and the hospital chief’s daughter, Oh Soo-hyun (played by Kang), telling Park Hoon (played by Lee) to move on from the memories of his deceased girlfriend and wipe the tears off his cheeks.

Han stealthily hides himself in the dark and sees the two drink by themselves and share candid thoughts about love. “I am jealous (of your girlfriend) that she has someone that cares about you no matter where you are, what you do,” Oh tells Park, not knowing that Han is watching them.

“Doctor Stranger” is a romantic medical drama starring Lee Jong-suk as Park Hoon, who was kidnapped and brought to North Korea with his medical guru father and flees to the South after losing his father and one and only girlfriend Song Jae-hee, played by Jin Se-yeon.

The show won a 12.7 percent audience rating on Tuesday, beating out MBC’s “Triangle” and KBS2’s “Big Man,” which aired in the same time slot, in the weekly Monday-Tuesday ratings.
