Seven Springs, a seasonal salad and grill restaurant, reopened its Time Square branch on Monday.

The 300-seat restaurant is decorated with an eco-friendly theme. It has an Italian clay oven and menu items including Gorgonzola cheese pizza, salmon pizza, chicken breast and seafood cooked in the oven.

Seven Springs Time Square will open on 10:30 a.m., an hour earlier than usual to keep up with the brunch trend.
