Seasonal Korean caviar at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s French restaurant Seasons is offering a special promotional menu that features seasonal Korean caviar for the month of April. Caviar refers to salted roe of sturgeon or other varieties of fish usually found in the Caspian and Black Seas. South Korea is one of the top producers of quality caviar, made with imported sturgeon from Russia. The restaurant’s special menu will celebrate this gourmet dish. The caviar tasting menu is priced at 150,000 won per person, including tax and service charge. Other gourmet French dishes are also available on the restaurant’s regular menu. Cantonese cuisines at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s buffet restaurant Feast presents authentic Cantonese cuisines prepared by two guest chefs from “Westin Beijing Chaoyang” until April 19. Popular dishes such as Kung Pao chicken, Mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork with pineapple and more will be available at the hot dish corner while Chinese dimsum, steamed dumplings, fried chicken julienne spring rolls, beef and onion bun and more will be available at other stations. The Chinese chefs will prepare Lamian, Chinese hand-pulled noodles with beef, at the live corner. Special pass-around menus such as stir-fried shrimp with haw berry, green bean with garlic and others will be presented to guests. Spring herb menus at Park Hyatt Seoul

Park Hyatt Seoul’s The Lounge is presenting a special namul (herb) menu in celebration of spring. Spring namul are known for their tender texture and distinct aroma, as well as nutritional value. The special menu includes “Spring Namul Ssambab,” rice wrapped with namul and spicy black pork neck from Jeju; “Jukkumi Jusoon Muchim,” baby octopus and namul seasoned with spicy and sour plum sauce; “Dondari Sukkuk,” ocean flounder broth and mugwort soup with namul; “Dotori Muksabal,” homemade acorn jelly with namul; and “Sea Urchin Egg Spring Namul Bibimbab.” The menu offers a diversity of spring namul ranging from dailylily, mugwort, shepherd’s purse, wild chive and more. Italian cuisines at Conrad Seoul

Conrad Seoul’s Italian restaurant Atrio is offering a special set menu featuring the signature dishes of Lombardia -- a region located in northern Italy famous for its quality wine and cheese. The set menu offers various Lombardian dishes, starting with parmesan cheese, asparagus gratin with ricotta fondue, sweet pumpkin soup and saffron risotto. Ossobuco, a Milanese specialty featuring cross-cut shanks garnished with polenta made from corn, will be served as the main dish. For dessert, vanilla ice cream with small, dark-red amarena cherries from Italy and almond biscotti will be served. Cantonese dining night at Grand Hilton Seoul

Grand Hilton Seoul’s Chinese restaurant Yeohyang is presenting a special dinner prepared by Chef Lip-hwa Jang, who won the gold medal at an international cooking competition in 2011, on April 16 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Titled “Canton Memories 2014,” the dinner event will feature braised sea cucumber, scallops and bamboo shoots with oyster sauce, fried abalone with garlic sauce, Cantonese-style beef fillet, stir-fried lobster with chili sauce, noodles, rice and desserts. The highlight of the dinner will include a popular Cantonese dish called “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” with Cordyceps mushrooms, known for their unique medicinal qualities in China. Dinner guests can also enjoy unlimited wine including the Chardonnay Reserve Santa Rita from Chile and the Medalla Real Cabernet Sauvignon.
