Gourmet French dining at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s French restaurant Seasons is offering the 74th “Gourmet Circle Dinner” on April 4-5. The dinner promotion, which began in 1996, is offered four times a year during each season. Every time, the executive chef creates a special menu that is paired with a selection of wines. This year’s spring promotion begins with a champagne reception at 7 p.m., followed by a 7-course meal featuring bright, fresh and seasonal ingredients as well as accompanying wines. Southern province cuisines at Grand Hilton Seoul

Grand Hilton Seoul’s buffet restaurant is presenting special dishes from Korea’s southern provinces, in celebration of spring. The regional cuisines include “samhap” a dish of fermented skate, boiled pork and kimchi, “damyang ddeolkgalbi” with spring greens and a special bibimbap with small octopuses. The buffet also features its original signature menus such as lamb steak and L.A. galbi. The buffet is priced at 65,000 won for lunch and 70,000 won for dinner on weekdays and 70,000 won for lunch and 76,000 won for dinner on weekends. All prices are inclusive of tax and service charge. Health packages at Lotte Hotel World (Jamsil)

Lotte Hotel World (Jamsil) offers special health packages until February 2015. The “Get in Shape” packages provide consulting on diet and health. Basic package elements include a one-night stay in a deluxe room, a well-being salad by room service, and breakfast for two at the hotel’s buffet restaurant. The “Dream Buddy” package priced at 300,000 won offers the basic features plus a 50-minute personal training program and an InBody composition analysis. The “Dream Buddy” package priced at 330,000 won provides the basic package features plus a 50-minute use of the hotel’s golf driving range and a 30-minute private golf lesson. ‘Spring Awakening’ package at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel is offering the “Spring Awakening” package for guests looking to enjoy an outdoor picnic in the city. The package includes a one-night stay, breakfast for two at the hotel’s signature restaurant Feast and 2-hour bike rental for two people. Also in the package is a 30,000 won voucher which can be used for a selection of sandwiches, pastries and beverages at the hotel’s deli. All package guests will have complimentary access to the hotel’s gym and swimming pool. Some popular destinations near the hotel are the Han River and Dorim stream. Cherry blossoms at the riverside will provide a scenic view when they are in full bloom. The package price starts at 280,000 won, excluding tax. It is available from March 15-May 31. Afternoon tea at Grand Hyatt Seoul

The lobby lounge at Grand Hyatt Seoul serves the “Afternoon Tea” set every day from 2-5 p.m. The lounge cafeteria has a 10 meter-long glass wall with a commanding view of the capital city. The tea set consists of various types of tea and coffee as well as an assortment of English desserts such as scones, éclairs, macaroons and cakes. Diverse sandwiches and toasts made with kimchi, bulgogi beef and bean paste are also available. The set has been made for guests wishing to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with tea and classical music.
