Does Disney‘s ‘Frozen’ promote homosexuality?

March 12, 2014 - 18:33 By KH디지털2

Disney’s animated film “Frozen” is trying to “indoctrinate” children into being gay, and treating “homosexuality and bestiality in a light sort of way,” American Pastor Kevin Swanson said in a radio broadcast.

The sensational film has reportedly grossed over $1 billion worldwide and won two Oscars, but it has been blasted for being “too gay-friendly.”

Swanson, however, did not cite specific scenes that he viewed as advocating homosexuality.

Blogger Kathryn Skaggs also penned a lengthy post lashing out at “Frozen” for what she described as the movie’s “gay agenda to normalize homosexuality,” the Huffington Post reported.

“I could blatantly see that the homosexual agenda, to normalize the practice, was not simply an underlying message in the movie ’Frozen,‘ but is the actual story,” the blogger wrote at the time, according to the U.S. newspaper.

“I’m not okay that too many parents, who would not normally support the normalization of homosexual behavior, seem to be completely blind to its advocacy throughout a children’s movie,” she added.

However, some see it as “innovative.” The Disney, the symbol of “conservatism,” might have been promoting the traditional role of genders by portraying princesses as weak and princes as protective, but “Frozen” may signal the change in the long-standing conservatism, a columnist from a local media outlet said.
