International schools offer open days for parents

Several international schools in Korea are holding open houses for prospective students over the next few weeks.

The Seoul Foreign School will offer an open house tour for parents of children from pre-kindergarten up on Feb. 20. SFS institutions include Namsan International Kindergarten, a British school, and elementary, middle and high schools. The open house will provide information sessions and campus tours.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and takes place at the Seoul Foreign School in the center of Seodaemun.

The Asia Pacific International School is also hosting an open house for parents of elementary school children on Feb. 13 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the school campus in Wolgye-dong, Seoul.

Another open house will be hosted by Yongsan International School Seoul on Feb. 18. It is designed for kindergarten and first grade children and will start out at the YISS Auditorium in Yongsan, near Hangangjin Station, Exit 1.

Taejon Christian International School in Daejeon is also hosting an open house on March 1. Contact kimsarah@tcis.or.kr for details.
