직장이 10명 가운데 7명은 자신이 지금 다니는 회사가 좋은 기업이 아니라고 생각한다는 조사결과가 나왔다.

취업포털 인크루트는 지난달 30일부터 3일까지 직장인 1천161명을 대상으로 설문조사를 벌인 결과 73.1%에 해당하는 849명이 “본인이 재직 중인 회사를 좋은 기업이라고 생각하느냐”는 질문에 “아니다”라고 답했다고 5일 밝혔다.

좋은 기업이 아니지만 입사한 이유로는 ‘합격한 회사가 여기밖에 없어서’라는 답변이 35.9%로 가장 많았으며, ‘경력 쌓고 나중에 이직하기 좋아서’(28.6%), ‘집이랑 가까워서’(15.1%) 등이 그 뒤를 이었다.

‘좋은 기업’의 기준으로 직장인과 구직자 1천564명중 절반에 가까운 704명이 ‘재미있는 기업문화와 좋은 복지가 있는 회사’를 꼽았고, ‘직원의 꿈과 목표를 이룰 수 있도록 도와주는 회사’(29.3%), ‘연봉을 많이 주는 회사’(13%) 등도 거론됐다.

구직자 403명을 대상으로 한 설문조사에서는 185명(32.8%)이 좋은 기업이 아니더라도 지원할 계획이 있다고 답했으며, 그 이유는 ‘경력을 쌓기에 좋을 것 같아서’, ‘연봉이 높아서’ 등이었다. (연합뉴스)

Most workers consider their company ’bad‘: survey

Seven in 10 South Korean workers have negative perceptions of their companies, a survey showed Wednesday.

Incruit, an online recruiting service, conducted the survey on 1,161 employees, asking whether they view their workplace as“good.” An overwhelming 849 respondents, or 73.1 percent, answered “no.” 

The survey also revealed that 35.9 percent of the respondents decided to work for their companies because “this was the only place where I got employed.” Another 28.6 percent answered, “It was a good career opportunity from which I could change jobs in the future.” 

More than half of those surveyed picked “good benefits” and “friendly working atmosphere” as the primary standards for a “good company,” while “high salary” came in third.
