May 23, 2013 - 20:21 By Korea Herald
Presidents Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and Armando Guebuza of Mozambique will visit Korea during the next two weeks upon President Park Geun-hye’s invitation to discuss investment, energy development cooperation and trade, Cheong Wa Dae said Thursday.

Park will hold summit talks with Museveni on May 30 and Guebuza on June 4.

Museveni will be the first foreign president to visit since Park’s inauguration. He will stay from May 29-31 and tour the Rural Development Administration and the Saemaul Undong Center and attend a dinner hosted by the four major economic organizations.

Guebuza’s visit will be from June 3-6, during which he will survey Korea Gas Corporation’s LNG base in Incheon and the new town of Songdo, attend a luncheon with economic organizations and a seminar hosted by the Federation of Korean Industries.

It is both presidents’ first visit to Korea, through which the Seoul government hopes to reinforce cooperative relations and expand Korean businesses’ advancement, the presidential office said.
