A U.S. porn studio Vivid Entertainment decided to indefinitely halt the selling of deceased singer Mindy McCready’s sex tape, according to local news reports.

“Digital distribution is hard to regulate but we plan to pull all the digital copies of the video from the website,” the company’s chief Steve Hirsch was reported as saying.

The tape, titled “Baseball Mistress,” features the late singer and her then-boyfriend. In the video, McCready also discusses her alleged affair in 2008 with disgraced former baseball player Roger Clemens.

According to the New York Daily News, there was no dispute or any lawsuit filed against the studio concerning the tape.

McCready was found dead at her home on Sunday. She had suffered from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and authorities concluded she had killed herself.

지난 일요일 자택에서 숨진 채 발견된 미국 가수 故 민디 맥크래디(Mindy McCready, 37)의 성관계동영상의 판매가 중단되었다.

미국 포르노 제작회사 비비드엔터테인먼트(Vivid Entertainment)는 2008년 맥크래디와 기혼의 야구 선수 로저 클레멘스(Roger Clemens) 사이의 불륜 관계를 담은 비디오를 더 이상 유포하지 않겠다고 밝혔다. 회사 대표 스티브 허쉬(Steve Hirsch)는 “인터넷 상에 떠돌아다니는 것까지 규제하기는 힘들지만, 더 이상 회사 차원에서 유포하지는 않을 겁니다. 비디오를 내릴 거에요.”라고 말했다.

비디오에 관해 맥크래디가 생전 소송을 제기한 적도, 문제가 일어난 적도 없지만 회사는 그녀의 죽음에 대한 애도 물결에 동참하는 것으로 보인다.
