The Korea Railroad Corporation offers discounted travel opportunities to Jeju or Japan to those who purchase the Naeilro ticket, which is for youngsters aged 25 and younger. The tickets offer travel opportunities across the nation with unlimited train rides for seven days during the summer (June-August) and winter (December-February). Those who buy the ticket can also receive discounts on ferries to Jeju or to Japan that will save up to 35 percent of the cost (from Mokpo to Jeju). A ferry ride from Busan to Japan will cost 90,000 won. It also offers a 50 percent discount on admission to Busan Aquarium, at 12,000 won per person.
The Naeilro tickets are on sale at the KORAIL website (www.korail.com) and at major train stations nationwide from Dec. 1-March 6.
