Wine dinner at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

The hotel’s authentic grill restaurant JW Grill presents dinner courses paired with Robert Mondavi, known as “the White House wine,” until Oct. 31. The six courses, cooked mainly with Korean ingredients, include tuna tartare, carrot soup, olive-flavored salmon garnished with lentils, roasted duck breast with fig salad, slow-cooked beef ribs with seasonal vegetables, and a choice of seven finest Robert Mondavi wines. Jeff Mosher, a visiting Michelin Star chef will provide guests with the best dinner courses to perfectly suit the wines from Oct.11-12. The choice of wines includes Fum Blanc, 2008 Momentum, Chardonnay Reserve and Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. The Mondavi Wine Dinners are priced at 180,000 won, excluding tax and service charges.
