A man living in Florida has put his entire life for sale on eBay.

Shane Butcher, who has spent 29 years in Tampa Bay, said he is willing to sell all his video game businesses and multiple properties for only $3.5 million dollars after making millions from them, according to a news report.

Included the deal are his three “R.U. Game?” stores, his beachside homes, his luxury cars, his entire collection of rare games and gaming systems.

Butcher has even offered to pay the leases on the gaming stores for a year and stay behind for around six months to help the new owner run his old life properly.

The reason for selling his self-described “American Dream” was so he could start anew and tackle more impressive challenges, he said.

“If you build a castle, it’s awesome to sell it and then start building another one, hopefully better,” said Butcher.

그는 “성을 하나 지었다고 생각하면 그걸 팔고 또 다른 성을 하나 더 짓는 것이 훨씬 멋지다”라고 말했다.
