Ulala Session to set up its own agency

June 15, 2012 - 17:59 By Lee Woo-young
Ulala Session, the winner of the country’s hit TV talent show “Superstar K3,” decided to establish its own company to pursue its music, according to CJ E&M.

According to the cable channel which produced the show and the group’s first mini album, the quartet will launch its own Ulala Company, despite love calls from major entertainment agencies.

The quartet, which consists of leader Yim Yoon-taek, Kim Myung-hoon, Park Seung-il and Park Kwang-sun, rose to fame after winning on the reality talent show late last year.

“Many people have offered us good proposals, but we were determined to try on our own so that we could create our own musical style,” they said. “We would like to thank Superstar K that has helped us to be known to many people. From now on, we are going to promote ourselves through the Ulala Company,” they added.

Meanwhile, the group’s leader Yim is set to marry his girlfriend this summer. She has been supporting him from the time he was diagnosed with stomach cancer, according to reports. They have been dating since last year.
