The Ritz-Carlton Seoul’s The Garden offers a California-style menu that includes an outdoor barbeque during the month of May. The hotel invited Chef Matt Greco from Wente Vineyards for the occasion. The menu will offer fresh seasonal California cuisine, with Chef Greco himself grilling at the outdoor garden. This year marks the 100th anniversary of production of Wenti Vineyard’s chardonnay and the chef has selected a variety of dishes to complement the wine, such as grilled lobster, prawns, and scallops along with lamb galbi and sirloin steak.
A special Barbecue Brunch Buffet will be offered in celebration of Children’s Day on May 5th. On that day, one United Airlines model aircraft will be given per table on a first come first served basis for up to 70 people. Thirty bottles of chardonnay will also be presented to guests on that day and guests who attend the brunch throughout the month of May will be entered in a draw for a round trip ticket to Tokyo for a family of four. The Garden Barbecue Brunch Buffet costs 70,000 won, exclusive of tax and service charges.
