Aju Industry Co. Ltd., one of the top three Korean companies in manufacturing remicons, named Yoon Byoung-eun as its next CEO, officials said on Friday.
Yoon’s experience based on the global market was a critical factor for him to be nominated as the new CEO, they added.
“Yoon is an expert in business. The wide range of experience and networks he has were highly noticeable,” an official was quoted as saying.

Previously the president of Daewoo International America Corp., he broadened his experience abroad as branch manager in Yugoslavia and as chemical industry vice president in the Seoul office.
After studying business and management at Seoul National University, the CEO served at Daewoo International for about 30 years.
With the help of the new CEO, the company seeks to take a step forward in its concrete, cement and chemical production. Aju Industry recently moved toward developing environment-friendly building materials, the officials said.
