Oct. 5, 2011 - 14:49 By
The human resource services provider ManpowerGroup was included in among the top 50 companies in the InformationWeek 500 list.

The list, compiled by the U.S.-based weekly InformationWeek, ranks companies headquartered in the U.S. with more than $250 million annual revenues according to the innovativeness of the technologies employed in their operations.

Ranked 45th under the Consulting and Business Services Industry, Manpower Group was the only firm from its industry to make it into the list, the company said.

“We have a history of a commitment to innovation which we continue to leverage in order to deliver the speed and solutions that our clients need to win,” Manpower Group’s global chief information officer Denis Edwards said. Some of the company’s latest tools included mobile applications designed for aiding interaction between employers and candidates and the video interviewing system Candidate Studio.

“Rapidly evolving technology is transforming the world of work like never before, and to thrive in today’s marketplace, efficient processes are needed to quickly identify the best talent for our clients, assess those candidates and get qualified candidates in front of hiring managers globally.”
