The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea has elected Jim Lim, regional manager of Meat & Livestock Australia, as the new chairman for its executive committee this year.
Lim will replace Sean Rodrigues, who has held the post for the last three years.
“I am honored to have been elected chairman and intend to work closely with all our stakeholders to continue the growth and development of AustCham, especially in this exciting year of friendship between Korea and Australia, which will feature numerous prominent events,” Lim said in a statement.
“Rodrigues has done exceptional work as chairman since AustCham’s inception and I would also like to recognize and thank the other executive members for their dedication and support.”
For the executive committee, AustCham also selected Peter Feltis of Hanjin Pacific Corp. as vice chair and Matthew Holmes of auditing firm KPMG as treasurer, it added.
