JYJ, a Korean boy group formed by Junsu, Jaejung and Yuchun of the disbanded TVXQ, seems to be gaining popularity in the United States after the success of their first showcase in New York last week.

Us Magazine.com featured an interview with JYJ on Monday, in which the trio revealed their ideal women.

Yuchun, 24, admitted to the publication that there are female celebrities that each member likes. Jaejung, 24, said he used to like Avril Lavigne and Beyonce until they got married. “I don’t know why all the girls I like end up taken,” said Jaejung. Us Magazine further quoted Jaejung as saying, “Gwyneth Paltrow is tall and pretty.”

Junsu told the website, “I just want to be rumored as dating someone on the cover of Us Magazine.”

Their recent album, “The Beginning” features talented rapper and legendary producer Rodney Jerkins. Us Magazine.com quoted Kayne West as complementing the trio, “These guys work the hardest. I’m looking forward to doing more with them.”
