Tiger Woods, former No. 1 golfer in the world, is scheduled to visit South Korea next month for a youth golf camp, his corporate sponsor announced Tuesday.

Nike Golf Korea said Woods will come to South Korea on April 14 as part of the company's "Make It Matter" youth clinic series covering Asia. Woods will first go to China in early April, after the April 7-10 Masters, and then make a stop here before hopping over to Japan.
This will be Woods' first trip to South Korea since 2004, when he played a charity skins game on Jeju Island in southern part of the country.
Nike Golf Korea said those wishing to participate in the clinic must sign up at Make It Matter's official Internet homepage (
http://twtour.nikegolf.co.kr) and follow instructions. The company will select 100 golfers for the session, but the venue for the clinic has not yet been decided.
Woods has seen his once dominant career derailed after his extramarital scandal broke out in late 2009. He went winless in 2010 and has since dropped from No. 1 to No. 5 in the world rankings.
Woods, 35, remains stuck at 14 major championships, four behind the all-time record held by Jack Nicklaus. His last major victory came at the 2008 U.S. Open.
