The United States' trade watchdog has dismissed allegations that South Korean chipmaker SK hynix Inc. violated patents of California-based chipmaker Netlist Inc., industry sources said Wednesday.
Through an initial determination, US International Trade Commission concluded that the South Korean chipmaker's server memory products did not violate section 337 of the Tariff Act, according to the sources.
