Our number of customers exceeded 30 million as of the end of July, setting a new record for the country’s financial industry. Now roughly 60 percent of the whole nation processes monetary transactions through KB; herein lies KB’s role as the financial institution of and for the nation.
Starting with a single customer and expanding to 30 million would have been impossible without the great affection and support of the nation.
Such affection is fully reflected in KB’s various No. 1 placements, such as topping the National Customer Satisfaction Index for seven consecutive years and the Best-Loved Brands of Korea for three consecutive years.
KB’s ad projects, starring LPGA champion Park In-bee, figure skating queen Kim Yu-na, gymnast Son Yeon-jae have been created to convey our sincere gratitude to the customers. These advertisements mark our resolution to continue providing solid financial services to bring them a better tomorrow.
