A joint concert of several K-pop artists will be held in the United States early next month, a South Korean television station hosting the event said Tuesday.

The “2012 SBS K-pop Super Concert in America” will take place at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, a 15,000-seat outdoor theater, in Irvine, California, on Nov. 10, SBS said.

Some of South Korea‘s leading K-pop bands, including Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, KARA, BEAST and Sistar as well as American YouTube star Karmin, will perform, it said. (Yonhap News)

방송사 SBS가 K팝 스타들을 초청해 다음달 초 미국에서 합동 콘서트를 개최한다고 화요일 밝혔다.

‘2012 K-POP 수퍼콘서트 인 아메리카’로 이름 붙여진 이 행사는 오는 11월 10일 캘리포니아 주 어빙에 위치한 1만5천석 규모의 버라이존 와이어리스 원형극장에서 열리게 된다고 SBS이 전했다.
