Popular K-pop boy band TVXQ will make a concert tour of big cities around the world, including Seoul, this December, the band’s management agency said Tuesday.
The duo will begin the tour at Seoul’s Olympic Park on Dec. 6 and 7 before hitting overseas cities later that month, SM Entertainment said, without disclosing the exact dates of the overseas concerts.
In the title of the tour, “TVXQ! Special Live Tour ― T1ST0RY,” “T1STORY” is a combination of the words “TVXQ,” “History” and “10th” as this year marks the band’s 10th anniversary, according to the agency.
“We will make it a highly perfect concert where fans can see the duo’s unique performance and diverse attractions,” an SM official said. “This will be a fantastic concert showcasing TVXQ.”
Earlier, the duo had a global concert tour that took them to Seoul, Los Angeles, Santiago, Hong Kong and Shanghai in 2012.
Tickets for the Seoul performance will be available at the online shopping mall Gmarket starting at 8 p.m. next Tuesday. (Yonhap)
