A lower court judge has banned on Monday a 34-year-old man from all clubs for 10 years and sentenced him to five years behind bars after sexually assaulting a woman he met at a night club.

The man Kim drank with the victim before taking her to the motel where the assault took place on May 4.

The Gwangju District Court also ordered the offender to wear an electronic tag and told authorities to release his personal information.

“The nature of his crime is extremely serious, as he forced the woman into the motel to have sex,” the court sentencing read.

The offender had two previous convictions for similar offenses.

광주법원, 징역 5년, 10년간 추적장치도 부착

속칭 '부킹녀'를 성폭행한 30대에게 법원이 10년간 나이트클럽 출입금지령을 내렸다.

광주지법 형사 2부(이상현 부장판사)는 23일 나이트클럽에서 알게 된 여성을 성 폭행한 혐의(강간치상 등)로 기소된 김모(34)씨에게 징역 5년을 선고했다고 밝혔다.

재판부는 김씨의 정보를 10년간 정보통신망에 공개하고 위치추적 전자장치를 부착하도록 했다.

재판부는 또 재범을 막기 위해 심야 외출금지 등을 내용으로 '준수사항'도 명령 했다.

김씨는 10년간 오후 11시부터 오전 6시까지 보호관찰소에 신고된 주거지에 머물러야 한다.

모텔 등 숙박시설과 나이트클럽도 출입할 수 없다.

김씨는 피해자에게 접근할 수 없으며 보호관찰소에서 운영하는 성폭력 치료 프로그램을 80시간 이수해야 한다.

재판부는 판결문에서 "피해자를 차에 태워 감금하고 모텔에 끌고 가 성폭행한 죄질이 불량하고 비슷한 범행으로 두차례나 실형을 복역한 점 등을 고려했다"고 판시했다.

김씨는 지난 5월 4일 오전 3시께 나이트클럽에서 속칭 부킹을 통해 알게 된 여성(25)과 자리를 옮겨 술을 마신 뒤 "드라이브를 하자"며 렌터카에 태우고 모텔로 끌고 가 성폭행한 혐의로 기소됐다.
