“With Aspire, this personalized service enhances the perception of our partners’ brands by going above and beyond their customers’ expectations, forming and building meaningful relationships with them over time,” said Lee Myung-sub, general manager of Aspire Lifestyles. He added that he was certain that the Aspire Seoul office would be “the key player in concierge and brand marketing industry in Korea providing exceptional and unmatched services to our prestigious clients and their loyal customers.”

Aspire was formed from a merger between International SOS’s Worldwide Enhancement business, EMSM Korea and VIPdesk of the U.S. and the U.K.

International SOS, as the parent of Aspire, is a multinational firm specializing in assistance programs, mainly in the medical and health care areas.

“We’re looking to expand to spread our expertise in security and assistance to other areas, including concierge, which is an area we’ve already been working in but we hope to further develop,” Lee said.

Providing the necessary assistance to its customers is a 900-staff workforce at Aspire, who are officially known as “Concierges” and “Brand Ambassadors.”

These employees speak over 90 languages and dialects, and are trained to offer services around the clock through 19 worldwide Concierge Centers at Aspire, and they have been doing so over the past three decades.

Aspire currently provides services to over 60 million clients' customers.
