Shiseido on June 1 will release Maquillage Stay Long Eyeliner, a creamy liquid-type pencil liner that stays on the skin without making the eye area dry and tight.

The Japanese makeup brand said the waterproof product stays on for more than 12 hours after application. The eyelash essence included in the fluid also helps eyelashes stay strong and thick. The pencils come in dark black and brown and are priced at 35,000 won ($34) each.
