The hotel’s Italian restaurant Vecchia e Nuovo offers a Valentine’s Day hamper which includes special chocolates, a bottle of wine and flowers. The hotel’s Italian restaurant Verona offers a seven-course Valentine’s Day special course. The menu includes lobster ravioli, sirloin steak with eggplant ragout, steamed jumbo shrimp and chocolate fondue. It will be served at a private room where the table will be decorated with rose petals and candles. It also includes two bottles of red wine, a special cake, and a flower bouquet. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

The hotel offers a Valentine’s Day package from Feb.12-14. It can be combined with a romantic dinner set menu prepared by the chief chef Gerard Mosiniak. The special set menu is delivered to the room and features risotto of wild rice, Dublin bay prawn tails, slightly salted mangoes and ginger, mushrooms and chestnuts, crushed potatoes with hazelnuts and the Valentine’s Day chocolates.
