Actor and model Daniel Henney appeared on this week’s episode of the U.S. TV series “Hawaii Five-O,” playing the role of a dangerous ex-convict.

“Hawaii Five-O” is a police drama about a special task force that investigates crimes throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The show originally aired for 12 seasons on CBS from 1968 to 1980. Then in 2010, CBS launched a remake of the series starring Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan and Daniel Dae Kim. The drama is currently in its third season.

Henney played the guest role of bad boy Michael Noshimuri who was released from prison after serving a 15-year-sentence. The character was the younger brother of Adam Noshimuri, who is head of the yakuza, the Japanese crime syndicate, in Hawaii.

Henney recently appeared in the romantic comedy movie “Shanghai Calling” and has completed the filming of the upcoming 2013 action flick “The Last Stand,” starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Forest Whitaker and Johnny Knoxville.
