Please place the toilet paper holder in the restrooms high enough that one does not have to bend over to get the toilet paper out. This is particularly important in handicapped stalls where the paper dispenser tends to be below the handrail. Someone with a back problem will have a great deal of difficulty reaching down to six inches from the floor to get the paper. Thank you. ― An Iowa Back Patient 

Dear Iowa: Ideally, the toilet paper holder should be placed so that the paper (not necessarily the holder) is at elbow height when one is seated.
