Kids’ event gives chance to meet critters

The Itaewon Global Village Center is inviting kids and parents to “Meet and Pet Your Favorite Animals” at Seoul Grand Park.

The kids will get to watch their favorite animals at the zoo and touch and play with some of them, including a fennec fox, a parrot, a rabbit, a turtle, goats and snakes.

Entrance into the lion and tiger house is also included in the educational program. Seoul Grand Park is planning to give away certificates and souvenirs to each kid after the program.

The tour runs 2-4 p.m. on June 19 at Seoul Grand Park.

The event welcomes children of all ages who are accompanied by parents, and participation costs 6,000 won.
