GIC runs percussion class for expats

Gwangju International Center is giving expats the chance to learn traditional percussion instruments on Aug. 18 as part of its Korean Culture Program.

Percussion performance group Olssu will give a traditional music performance and teach participants how to play Korean traditional instruments.

The class runs from 1-5 p.m. and costs 10,000 won. Class size is limited to 40 people.

Registration can be done atthe GIC website, eng.gic.or.kr.
