Seoul Global Center runs on expat flea markets on weekend

Sept. 18, 2012 - 20:48 By Korea Herald
The Seoul Global Center is running its Foreigner’s Flea Market on Saturday and Sunday.

The markets will be held from 1-5 p.m. at the Seoul Folk Flea Market in Sinseol-dong on Saturday and at Gwanghwamun Plaza on Sunday.

To get to the Saturday market, go to Sinseol-dong Station and leave Exit 9. Bear right at the fork and turn right at the crossroads. The market will be at the end of the road. Gwangwhamun Plaza is directly above Gwanghwamun Station in front of Gyongbok Palace.

All stalls must be staffed by expats, but Koreans can participate by accompanying a foreign vendor.

Participating as a vendor is free but registration is required using the application form on the Seoul Global Center website, global.seoul.go.kr.

For inquiries, contact (02) 2075-4130 or chrismo07@sba.seoul.kr.
