Seoul shares opened lower Tuesday, following a mixed close on Wall Street, as investors await the Federal Reserve's rate decision and earnings from major tech firms. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (Kospi) fell 19.99 points, or 0.72 percent, to 2,745.54 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
