Major snowstorm shuts down schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province
A heavy snowstorm forced schools in Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi Province to delay classes or close temporarily, as a crippling snowfall paralyzed much of South Korea on Thursday.
