Victorian premier, Jacinta Allan, has begun her four-day trip to India by spruiking Victoria as a prime location for international students. The government is concerned an impending cap on foreign students could cost the state billions and is hoping the premier's visit can mitigate the damage. Ms Allan's India trip comes as Labor faces more headaches at home.
