Victoria has recorded 535 new locally-acquired covid cases and one death. Meanwhile, 62 cases have been linked to known outbreaks. Police will be out in force in central Melbourne this morning and public transport to the CBD has been suspended in a bid to disrupt planned anti-lockdown protests.
