CJ E&M to split off digital music division

[DISCLOSURE] CJ E&M (130960) announced on Sept. 7 that it will split off its music platform and related businesses including Mnet.com into a new company, tentatively named CJ Digital Music. It will launch as a private company on Dec. 1.
