[THE INVESTOR] IS Dongseo will continue to post improved earnings from the third quarter due to the strong performance of its construction division, Eugene Investment said maintaining a “strong buy” rating on Aug. 10.

“IS Dongseo recorded an earnings surprise as its operating profit in the second quarter surged 173.8 percent on-year to 86.1 billion won (US$78.75 million) and revenue hiked 82.5 percent to 452.3 billion won,” said Lee Sang-woo, an analyst at Eugene Investment.

“It will have no problem reaching the 1 trillion won revenue mark,” Lee forecast adding that in addition to its current project in Yongho-dong, Busan, upcoming rebuilding projects in Busan and Ulsan will support the company into 2018.
