[DISCLOSURE] LG Innotek (011070) announced on July 27 that it has decided to invest US$20 million in its wholly-owned subsidiary LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong to establish a new camera module manufacturing venture. 

This amounts to 1.3 percent of its equity capital.
