Hansae acquires 40% stake of MK Trend at W119b

[DISCLOSURE] Hansae (105630) announced on July 26 that it has acquired 5,059,806 shares of MK Trend (069640) at 119 billion won (US$145.7 million), and it now owns 40 percent stake of the apparel maker. This amounts to 27.96 percent of its equity capital.
