ACT names Kim Sang-il as new co-CEO

[DISCLOSURE] ACT (131400) has named Kim Sang-il as its new co-CEO and will jointly head the company with existing CEO Kim Seong-beom, it announced on July 18. Kim served as vice president of Sakhalin Energy Investment Company.
