Doosan Engineering & Construction (011160) announced on July 18 that its operating profit in the second quarter jumped 515.6 percent to 10.31 billion won (US$9.07 million) from the same period last year. Its revenue came in at 311.35 billion won and its net profit was 33.1 billion won, rising 7.2 and 24.3 percent, respectively.
