[DISCLOSURE] Samsung SDS (018260) denied media reports saying it will sell logistics division or split off the division and merge with Samsung C&T (028260), in a statement on July 18 in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry. 

The IT service affiliate of Samsung is considering splitting off its logistics arm but nothing has been confirmed, it added.
