[DISCLOSURE] Naver (035420) announced on July 15 that it has listed a total of 35 million shares of its subsidiary LINE Corp. on New York and Tokyo stock exchanges.

In accordance with the greenshoe option, which lets underwriters to buy up to an additional 15 percent of company shares at the offer price for an IPO, 5.25 million shares allotted to the lead financial adviser will be returned after the listing, and if the stock price rises above the subscription price, additional stocks might be issued, the company added.
